Police Clearance. The Calgary Board of Education requires all volunteers to complete a CBE Police Check. It is mandatory that this form be completed in person at the Calgary Reads office or a CBE school. You are required to provide two pieces of government issued identification. One piece must contain a photo and present address (for example - Passport, Drivers License, SIN card, Alberta Health Card). Forms are available at the Calgary Reads office and at each Level I training session.
